It has long been our contention that, while traditional excavators and high reach machines are fine for traditional buildings, the very specific demands of these industrial giants demands a rethink.
Well, it appears that rethink has taken place. Excavator giant and industry innovator Liebherr has just released a new video showing the solution it created for Norwegian company Bertelsen & Garpestad.
The company is using a Liebherr LH 110 C High Rise Industry material handling machine to dismantle a wide variety of steel beams and pipes from the Gyda platform safely, efficiently and sustainably.
