Due to the continued growth of the company, DMC Group Contractors Ltd are looking for a BDD/Commercial Director to head up our Demolition/Enabling Works Division working from our North or South Office’s. We are seeking a confident, driven and enthusiastic with a proven track record in Demolition/Enabling works, reporting to the Directors, to seek out and strengthening our regional and national growth strategy and to complement our Façade and Envelope Cladding Division on shell and core projects.
The successful candidate will be commercially astute, have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in generating new business and interact with our already clients.
This is in my view is an exciting opportunity for the potential person to have the full approval of setting up and running this division that will lead into more lucrative benefits.
What We Are Looking For….
- Experienced within the construction industry, demolition and remediation industries and be in a position to build a confident team to help them deliver the growth concept.
- Determined, outgoing, positive, articulate and diplomatic, common-sense with a combination of corporate minded so the division can work and not be impeded in politics.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a proven business development track record.
- Performance driven – energy, enthusiasm and determination.
- Strong communication skills, good organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/MS Projects
