Last night saw the launch of our new and occasional night-time broadcast: The Break Fast Show. Co-presented with Al Grierson of Construction Channel Luxembourg, the new show is a chat show in the truest sense: Just an hour of unscripted chat with the audience choosing the direction of travel.
In this first episode, we covered topics including bullying in the workplace, the questionable value of competence cards, and the need to encourage mentoring within the sector.
