Demolition veteran David Sinclair has been selected by the National Demolition Association Awards Committee for the 2022 NDA Lifetime Achievement Award.
Sinclair is a third generation member of a family that has been involved in the demolition industry since 1917.
His son William carries on the family tradition with his international demolition company Safedem Limited and also Safedem USA LLC. David assists his son William as Demolition Consultant.
David Sinclair has enjoyed an astonishing career. He is a past president of the NFDC in the UK. A past president of the European Demolition Association. A founder member of National Demolition Training Group. An Honorary Fellow of the Institute of Demolition Engineers. A member of the European Federation of Explosives Engineers. And a Member of the Board of Directors of the NDA in the US where he now resides.
