A demolition veteran on LinkedIn this morning posted that he had been speaking to someone that was considering applying for a Demolition Supervisor competence card, despite the fact that they had just three years’ demolition experience.
That single post sparked a lot of debate, with the vast majority agreeing that three years was not sufficient whilst accepting that this pointed to a wider issue within the industry.
So, based on that post and upon the popularity of our last survey, we decided to put it to the public/industry vote.
