Last night, I hosted a LiveStream video show to mark the fifth anniversary of the Didcot Disaster. It was sombre, serious and sad. It was also the most important show we have ever produced. And we were particularly honoured that members of the family of one of the men killed in the accident on 23 February 2016 took part in the show.
