That, surely, is even more relevant today when the threat of Coronavirus transmission has made the gathering of crowds even more potentially hazardous.
Despite this, authorities in the Bulgarian capital of Sofia pressed ahead with the explosive demolition of an unfinished, 17-storey communist-era block in the nation’s largest demolition since 2003.
