Steve has written an explosive article about the failure of some parts of the construction industry to close sites amidst the COVID-19 lockdown that points to social injustice; cites the lack of scientific evidence to support the Site Operating Procedures from the Construction Leadership Council; and suggests that keeping non-essential sites open is tantamount to criminal negligence.
