Cuddy Group provides latest update on calamitous collapse.
Failed Welsh demolition contractor Cuddy Group has issued a statement naming the administrators appointed to handle its affairs. That statement – reproduced below – also shows the depth of the company’s collapse which has taken down the entire organisation.
Alistair Wardell and Nick Wood were appointed joint administrators of the following companies on 23 July 2018:
- Cuddy Demolition & Dismantling Limited
- Cuddy Demolition Limited
- Cuddy Scaffolding Limited
- Cuddy Environmental Limited
- Cuddy Remediation Limited
- Cuddy Plant and Transport Limited
- Cuddy Groundworks Limited
Alistair Wardell and Nick Wood were also appointed joint administrators of Cuddy Recycling Limited on 25 July 2018.

The affairs, business and property of the Cuddy group of companies are being managed by Alistair Wardell and Nick Wood. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the companies and without personal liability. Both are authorised by the IPA to act as insolvency practitioners.
