DemolitionNews can exclusively report that Cheadle-based demolition contractor PCD Consultancy has entered voluntary liquidation.
According to the Companies House website, the company issued an extraordinary resolution to wind-up the firm on 16 November 2017. Liquidator Clive Morris was appointed on 3 December 2017.
A creditor’s report issued by the liquidator suggests hate largest single creditor is Funding Circle which is owed £160,000. The company’s employees are reportedly owed just over £37,000, while Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs is owed a total of £94,000.
In total, the company is said to owe more than £476,000.
