Historic tracking tower toppled Down Under.
Our good friend Frank Di Angelo of Australia’s Diacon Demolition has kindly sent us a great new video showing the fruits of his labours at Carnarvon, north of Western Australia.
The film shows the demolition of a 100 metre high former tracking tower, part of a NASA tracking station that was operational from 1964 to 1975. It also features some suitably colourful local commentary!
Di Angelo was the demolition designer for Vinsan Demolition on behalf of the new tower building company Powerfone Australia.
