Rain hampers California bridge demolition.
Weather placed a damper on the demolition of the old Antlers Bridge in Lakehead Tuesday. Around 1,300 charges were set in five sections but several of them did not ignite due to the rain according to local news reports.
Most of the bridge, which was built in 1941, was brought down within seconds of the explosions.
