For as long as I can remember (and I attended my first show in the late 1980s) the Hillhead exhibition has been billed as a quarry event.
But, over the years, the biennial show has evolved to become a must-see for the quarry, recycling and – increasingly – demolition industries. Indeed, many of the demolition industry’s leading suppliers (and at least one of its combatants) now take exhibition space at the show in Buxton, Derbyshire.
And so, braving torrential rain and endless traffic, the Demolition TV team went along this year to bring you the hottest demolition-related equipment and news.
