S. Evans tackles bridge demolition on Christmas Day.
Hopefully we can all look back on the festive period that brought 2015 to a close with happy memories of time spent with family and friends; time spent exchanging gifts, eating and drinking a little too much; a time when the most taxing question of the day was probably “Christmas pudding or mince pie” (to which the answer should always be both!).
But while we were opening gifts, the dedicated team at S. Evans & Sons was taking down a railway bridge carrying the A45.
