Superb drone footage of plant’s last moments.
We have very little to go on with this video which is a pity because it’s great.
According to the caption, it was shot at Kremilkovci which – according to Google – is in Bulgaria. It was also shot by a company called Dronado which is based in the Bulgarian capital. So we’re going to take a wild stab and say – categorically – that this is in Bulgaria…or somewhere similar.
