Auction marks sorry end for Manchester contractor.
The financial and employment repercussions may have a while to run but the equipment fleet that once powered demolition contractor Windmill Group goes under the hammer on Monday 2 November and Tuesday 3 November 2015.
As we exclusively reported, the company slipped into liquidation earlier this month. The resulting liquidation sale – hosted by JPS Chartered Surveyors – includes a number of key lots ranging from a Komatsu PC400LC-5K high reach excavator, a number of Doosan skid steer loaders and a variety of access platforms. There is also a large range of demolition attachments including four Kinshofer rotating selector grabs, a Genesis shear, a Verachtert multi-processor and selection of buckets, pulverisers and ripper teeth.
The lots will be available to view Monday 2nd November 2015 by appointment only. The lots are located at two separate locations within Greater Manchester. Please see each individual listings (here) for further details.
