As part of plans to redevelop the Alliance Manchester Business School, the Precinct Centre Bridge over Oxford Road was demolished in the summer of this year.
The 46-year-old bridge was taken down to make room for improved student and staff facilities, and to provide new retail and leisure facilities. The project is part of a £1 billion campus masterplan capital programme that will create world-class facilities for staff, students and visitors.
