Sunday implosion fells long vacant Harrisburg block.
Deliberate or otherwise, it was a reduction in height rather than a full-blown implosion that work the folks of Harrisburg early yesterday.
The vacant Bertolino Building was imploded to make way for a parking lot for The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA). The lot should be completed by the end of September.
