Wrecking ball signals end for Cavalier Oceanfront.
A landmark Virginia hotel will soon be consigned to the history books as demolition work got underway at the Cavalier Oceanfront yesterday.
The hotel – located close to the Cape Henry Lighthouse – was built in the 1970s and went on to become something of a local institution.
