The company is actively seeking a contracts manager. Key duties include:
- Organising and running contracts on a day to day basis including the provision of labour Plant and materials
- Compiling safety method statements ,risk and coshh assessments,plans of work ,HSE Notifications and contract programmes
- Liaison with clients and statutory bodies including the local authority,utility companies
- Ensure the profitability of contracts delivering them on time and within budget
- Ensure the company health and safety policies and compliance with current legislation to ensure protection if all employees and the public are met
