The six-storey building at 200 North Michigan Ave in Chicago is being demolished to make way for a 42-storey, 402-unit apartment tower.
Local real estate news website YoChicago took the opportunity to film the demolition from the the 38th-floor roof of the neighbouring Millennium Park Plaza and it makes for interesting vieweing.
