The gradual destruction of the former home of the Minnesota Vikings gained pace this weekend as the latest implosion dropped the Metrodome stadium’s outer ring.
The blast used 84 charges of dynamite in 24 columns, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported. Everything went according to plan, reports said, and nobody was hurt.
