Building collapses onto busy street while being demolished.
We have no idea where this happened, although the voices in the background sound Far Eastern to my British ears. But regardless of location, this is one of the worst unplanned collapses I have seen for quite some time.
Not only is it wholly unplanned and unexpected, it appears that much of the block falls onto a street packed with pedestrians, cars, motorcycles.
