Just when you thought it was safe to go back on site, she’s back.
We thought that after the sound telling off we gave her about her naked wrecking ball riding, sledgehammer-licking antics late last year, chipmunk faced and voiced pop starlet Miley Cyrus would have given up on her ambitions to join the demolition fraternity.
But, like the proverbial bad penny, she has been spotted doing it again; this time in Newport.
