20-month ship-breaking project condensed into two minutes.
Here at Demolition News Towers, we are endlessly fascinated by the subject of ship breaking. And while the practice lies on the outer edges of the demolition sphere, we love to share videos of this complex process whenever we come across them.
So we were delighted to find this new time-lapse film that shows the near two-year wrecking of the RFA Grey Rover (A269) of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary at Canada Docks in Liverpool, between October 2009 and May 2011.
