Prototype tower felled in Connecticut.
Across the world, wind turbine towers are springing up much to the delight of environmentalists and much to the chagrin of the Nimby (not in my backyard) brigade and anyone that has ever appreciated an unspoilt landscape.
So this video from Connecticut – which shows a 2009-built prototype tower coming down – is currently something of a novelty.
