Ohio River bridge implosion pushed back to Thursday.
Officials say they have rescheduled the demolition of a 200 metre section of an 84-year-old Ohio River bridge connecting Kentucky and Indiana.
The section of the Milton-Madison Bridge is now set for Thursday morning. It had originally been scheduled for today.
Kentucky officials are asking residents in the Milton area to stay indoors until after the scheduled 9 am blast.
Once the old span is removed, the original piers will be widened to accommodate the new 40-foot-wide bridge.
