Crossrail project continues; makes way for new ticket hall.
For the past few years, the long-awaited Crossrail project has slowly cut a swathe through London, bringing with it a great deal of controversy about the financial and environmental cost together with some much-needed demolition work for the UK’s recession-beleagured contractors.
One of the latest stages has been an extensive top down demolition project at Moorgate to make way for a new ticket hall for passengers using the new Liverpool Street Croossrail station.
