University of Alabama buildings felled in early morning implosion.
As we reported earlier this week, the University of Alabama’s famous Rose Towers have been dropped in spectacular fashion this morning.
The 13-storey building, built in 1969, was demolished in order to make room for the second phase of Presidential Village, a new residence hall, to be built nearby.
