Universal Wrecking Corp. uses major contract to spread its wings.
Universal Wrecking Corp has announced the opening of a new Texas branch office located in Pampa, Texas.
The branch office was setup to manage the recent large power plant project awarded to Univeral Wrecking Corp (UWC) by the Pampa EDC to demolish the existing coal fired boiler facility that included the coal fired boilers and all ancillary equipment at the PEC site in Pampa. It is expected that the demolition project will be completed by the end of 2012. There is a significant amount of scrap metal to be recycled at the site which includes copper, steel and stainless steel. There is also a large amount of used equipment that will be salvaged and sold.
The UWC Texas branch office will also serve the entire Texas area and surrounding states providing a complete suite of contractor services including building demolition, decommissioning, salvage, interior demolition, used equipment sales and scrap metal recycling.
