The past week has seen a Dick Green double.
Saturday saw the hassle-free implosion of a chimney at the BUSM facility in Leicester. Although this was an AR Demolition contract, DemolitionNews’ old friend, much-traveled blasting expert and raconteur Dick Green was the man behind the job.
But, unbeknown to us, Dick had arrived on the Leicester site shaking the dust from his boots following an equally successful blast just a day or two before, this one at the Thorpe Marsh power station in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
