In recent years, there has been a steady influx of Eastern European workers into the UK. What started as a small group of Polish plumber has long since grown to encompass a multitude of countries and an even wider multitude of trades. Indeed, it is unusual to find a London construction site without at least one Pole, Bulgarian or Hungarian.
In the main, these migrant workers have proved reliable, hard-working and, above all, cheap. But based on the following video, we would counsel caution over employing their services within the demolition industry:
