Libyan rebels attempt to rewrite the hydraulic breaker rule book.
The rebels that are slowly but inexorably regaining control of their native Libya know a thing or two about wars of attrition. They know a lot about guerrilla-style combat; and they have proved themselves pretty useful in the automatic weapons department.
