Video shot from operator’s viewpoint gives insight into very unusual demolition application.
Watch the first few seconds or so of the video below and, aside from the fact that it’s shot from the operator’s cab and is therefore pretty shaky, all looks to be in order: a Hitachi excavator equipped with a pulverizer making pretty light work of what looks like a standard demolition application.
Until you get to the 10 second mark.
Only then does it become clear that the “structure” being dismantled is, in fact, a Boeing 767 aircraft in what must surely qualify as the most unusual demolition video of the week…so far!
