It’s always great when the email inbox bursts into life with a new reader-submitted video. But it’s even better when the video is of this quality.
This video – which tracks a five-month demolition contract at the Banff Centre in Alberta and the subsequent reconstruction – was sent to us by Brad Morrison, project manager at British Columbia-based Clearview Grinding, the company behind the demolition.
Not only is it a great demolition video, it also highlights the challenges of working in the “frozen North” where on-site temperatures often plummeted to -30 degrees. That said, the mountainous backdrop would make it a great place to work!
