Junior demolition engineer sought to assist Haiti reconstruction project.
Back at the end of March, we reported exclusively that David Sinclair – industry veteran and former NFDC and EDA president – had been appointed as the United Nations’ Demolition Engineer and charged with the unenviable task of drawing up a demolition masterplan for the island of Haiti following the devastating earthquake in January.
Five months on and Sinclair and his team are seeking assistance in the form of a junior demolition engineer for what promises a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the successful candidate.
“We’re looking for a Junior Demolition Engineer with a minimum of five years’ experience in the industry in managing demolition projects,” says Sinclair. “Some knowledge of the French language would be advantageous.”
