Crews Use Explosives to demolish parking ramp in downtown Cedar Rapids
Demolition crews successfully imploded the First Avenue Parkade in Cedar Rapids Saturday morning. Scheduled for 7am, the blast took place just a couple minutes after the top of the hour.
David Zinser, owner of the company that planned the demolition says it was a success.
