Leading UK contractor restructures management board.
Coleman & Company has announced that they have appointed new members and restructured its Board of Directors, following a five year strategic review of the business.
“It is important that Coleman & Company Limited continue to develop the brand and core specialist services that it currently offers, whilst investing in a programme of sustainable development and diversification,” says managing director Mark Coleman. “Key to this success is the strengthening of the Board structure and I am pleased to announce the following appointments:
• David Coleman, having successfully developed the Company over many years, as is now Group Chairman, overseeing future progress.
• Mark Coleman, is now Managing Director, responsible for the delivery of development and strategic plans.
• Mark Carless, having successfully worked his way through all aspects of the company, has rightly earned his appointment as Contracts Director.
• Lesley Morris, a Chartered Accountant, has been the Company Secretary and Accountant for the last ten years, is now appointed as Finance Director.
• Malcolm Garner, a Chartered Accountant with a wealth of experience over 35 years, mainly as a Senior Partner with a top ten firm of accountants, is appointed as a Non Executive Director to help guide and advise the Company with its future strategies.
