Demolition companies among those embroiled in FBI document subpoena in Ohio.
Northern Ohio’s Morning Journal is reporting that the city of Lorain is being ordered to provide a federal grand jury with documents from Jan. 1, 2003, to the present, relating to the city of Lorain and Don Buchs of Lorain, the All American Demolition Corp. of Amherst, Chief Demolition, Chief Wrecking, Chief Trucking, American Trucking and Excavating, D&J Investments and Sandusky Salvage, according to a subpoena dated Oct. 21, 2009, and made public today.
The documents to be provided include contracts, subcontracts, joint ventures, bid packages, purchase orders, invoices, consulting agreements, billing information and records of payments, permits requested, permits issued, proof of insurance, loans issued and loan repayment records, and all correspondence, including correspondence with former Lorain city employees.
